Lovely example of a very rare circa 1930's British made Chemist / Pharmacy counter glass jar.
Still with it's original alloy lid for easy access 'Zubes' would have been dispensed into a paper packet, weighed and sold over the counter.
Still showing amazing red font ( Zubes are best for throat & chest per 51/2. d Oz. ) this has to be a must for any Apothercary / advertising or vintage collector.
Just let it stand proud with lollies or condiments, either way it will hold it's own as a rare and unique quality piece.
