Very nice example of another two sided English enamel advertising sign.
This would have been mounted on the exterior of a property / building / premises that was on the market and up for sale.
 
Circa 1930's it is easily wall mounted via the return flange.
 
In the Real Estate business? Marketing key ? Show your prospective buyers that real estate knowledge doesn't just tick the predictably 'architecturally designed ' box. Difference stands out.
