Fantastic rare and early pre 1950's British bus blind section made from linen.

Showing some lovely and rarely seen sloping font this bus blind would have been used to display routes and destinations in coaches heading North of Birmingham, Coventry and up as far as Manchestder, Liverpool and North Wales.

There is a good possibility that it was actually a blind from and used by Harper Bros company and the AEC Regal 111 Bus as pictured.

The last two image show another section from the same blind framed and backlit by our in house carpenter. These rare pearls of great British transport history can look amazing framed and backlit, please just enquire re pricing if you are interested.

SIZE : 1850mm Long x 650mm Wide

CONDITION : Overall good for age with no major rips or tears to linen. Brown staining to part of the blind, Usual character marks, scuffs and originality all consistent with age.
