Circa 1880 / 1900 this wee merchants deposit / valuables box harps back to an era of coach, horses, long black cloaks and days travelling away along cobbled streets and muddy lanes.
With gold embossment denoting it's different compartments this box comes complete minus a key and the two note books that would have been secured behind the Gold and silver compartments.
Made from wood and leather this gorgeous box can once again be used for your precious heirlooms and bullion.
