These lovely old heavy duty galvanised buckets had a lonely life and would often be found languishing in receptions, office hallways and general areas of public necessity.
Filled with sand they usually became communal ashtrays and litter bins.
Very well made and built to last this one could still be used as originally intended or just admire it for its utilitarian splendour.
