These anglepoise lights are great, simple as.
Circa 1950's and manufactured by Mitek these British lights are versatile, robust, lightweight and strong.
Not seen much nowadays these neat wee lights are designed as a travelling companion they fold up into a neat 'clam' style which keeps them safe and easily portable when on the go.
This one has been stripped and lightly polished for that lovely 50's atomic chrome look.
The light has a lovely period bakerlite plug , it has been re-wired with a modern braided cable, and the original bakerlite lamp holder has been sprayed black to match the cable.
