Good looking  US local Road race poster for Courtland Field race track.
 
We were lucky to get a few of these lovely vintage racing posters.
 
Still showing great colour with fantastic vibrant racing artwork this poster most likely dates from circa 1960's  and originally came from the estate of the race promoter.
 
It has been printed on to heavy card stock by Globe Printers of Baltimore and would  have most likely been pasted onto boards, fences etc around town and at the race meeting.

CONDITION : Overall very good for age, showing good colour,may have some edge wear, light foxing to face or rear of poster.
SHIPPING : Rolled in a tube.
 
N.B. We have attempted to authenticate this poster by showing it to an old school printing business so they could evaluate the printing techniqe and card stock used in the manufacture. Their reponse was that the poster appears to be genuine. However because we cannot be a 100% certain we  have set the price of the poster and a cost that we feel  reflects this and it sold as such.
